We are delighted to invite you to a virtual panel discussion on The Business Case for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
There is a growing wealth of data showing that effective Equity, Diversity and Inclusion policies bring about tangible business benefits. Put simply, evidence demonstrates that more diverse and inclusive organisations are likely to outperform their less diverse and inclusive peers.
Our panel will explore how an effective Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) company policy goes beyond compliance requirements or moral motivations, becoming a business imperative. The speakers will discuss the many benefits of embedding EDI practices – as applied to an organisation’s staff, business strategy and operations, contributing to the bottom line.
The event will explore real world examples and the body of evidence. With organisations increasingly seeing the financial benefitsof incorporating EDI throughout all aspects of their organisation and its activities, and funding bodies increasingly embedding EDI requirements in tender processes, there is no business case for ignoring the importance of Diversity and Inclusion while remaining competitive.
