BEI and D Group members have a wide range of experience and in-depth understanding of the skills landscape, both in the UK and internationally. Drawing on this experience, this workshop will explore what individual providers can do and are already doing to achieve significant change in their target markets, in the face of challenges common to all geographies. The session will focus on practical steps and actions which improve the skills outcomes for workforces nationally and internationally.
This workshop aims to provide a platform to bring together skills sector providers to enable collaboration and potential partnerships around common opportunities. The discussion will focus on the key ways to achieve impact for learners and will identify tangible actions which attendees can put into practice on an individual and organisational basis. The workshop will delve into questions about the impact of skills programmes and how skills providers can make a difference to fulfil employer and industry ambitions, especially in line with the UK’s modern industrial strategy 2025.
