Panellists from Advance HE, SUMS Consulting and the British Council, will explore the impact of international professional development frameworks, rethinking university operating models, and higher education as a key aspect of the UK’s soft power. Advance HE will examine how professional development programmes and their fellowship scheme can shape individual, institutional, and national-level transformation. SUMS Consulting will lead the discussion around how universities can reimagine their operating models to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability, starting with robust benchmarking.
