Oleksandra Matviichuk, Head of the Center for Civil Liberties
Oleksandra Matviichuk is a Ukrainian human rights lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties. She is the author of numerous reports submitted to the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the European Union, the OSCE, and the International Criminal Court. Following Russia’s full-scale invasion, Oleksandra co-founded the “Tribunal for Putin” initiative to record international crimes in line with the Rome Statute. A recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2022, she has also been recognized with the Right Livelihood Award, the Sakharov Prize, and has been named one of the Financial Times’ 25 most influential women in the world.
This event is being held in collaboration with Insulate Ukraine, an initiative working to redefine humanitarian aid with its emergency shatterproof window. Low-cost, transparent, and insulating, these windows restore warmth, natural light, and dignity to war-affected communities across Ukraine's frontline.
