Join us for a roundtable with the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand exploring opportunities for UK organisations in the region.
Thailand has demonstrated strong economic growth over the past decades. As the country's economy continues to grow, so has the demand for professional services, providing valuable opportunities for UK firms to enter into a rapidly growing market. In 2024, the UK and Thailand signed a trade pact opening new opportunities in the Thai market for British businesses.
As both nations work toward deeper trade ties, British businesses will enjoy easier market access, innovation-driven collaborations, and a strategic foothold in Southeast Asia.
The British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) is the oldest foreign chamber and the largest non-Asian foreign chamber in Thailand. In addition, it is the largest and oldest British Chamber in Asia.
At this roundtable, Greg Watkins MBE, Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand, will highlight opportunities for BEI members looking to work in the region. The session will provide an update on the political and economic context on the ground, alongside sectoral focuses on infrastructure, education and skills, and climate initiatives.
