Join us for lunch with Louis Taylor, Chief Executive of UK Export Finance (UKEF), the UK’s export credit agency. He is also a Director General in the Department for International Trade, and a member of its Executive Committee and Management Board.
Louis Taylor will share key insights on UKEF’s strategy and priorities and its growing collection of financial packages accessible to UK companies.
UK Export Finance(UKEF) support exports for any company size and across all sectors from capital goods to services and intangibles by providing insurance to exporters and guarantees to banks to share the risks of providing export finance. UKEF can also provide loans to overseas buyers of goods and services from the UK. UKEF help UK businesses to grow and expand exports internationally, working alongside them and helping them to access the export finance they need to grow.
Before joining UKEF, Louis held a range of senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank in London, as well as Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos based in Ho Chi Minh City. His earlier career included working for JP Morgan, Cookson Group plc and BTR plc.
