

This Working Group was set up for members to support each other, share best practice and ensure that EDI policy and practice is executed to the Highest Common Factor rather than the Lowest Common Denominator.
As a Working Group we will examine how to build and execute a globally consistent a high impact approach to EDI, Share Best Practices and discuss challenges and barriers in a constructive but safe environment. Identify enabling policies and practices that support more effective global deployment.
Every month the working group tackle a different topic within EDI which members have selected as the key topic of focus they would like to understand more about. BEI invite members and external organisations who have expertise in this particular area to present on their understanding of the topic, explain their experiences with practical examples, and the challenges of implementing this in the workplace alongside some practical solutions. The working group revisits each topic 6months later to encourage members to share their lessons learnt around the particular topic of focus.
