This Working Group was set up for members to support each other, share best practice and ensure that EDI policy and practice is executed to the Highest Common Factor rather than the Lowest Common Denominator.
Equality, Diverisity and Inclusion is not bound by geographic borders – instead it is a global agenda; however, it is challenging to drive a consistency of standards and practice across a world which still has differing cultural and religious norms
As a Working Group we will examine how to build and execute a globally consistent a high impact approach to EDI, Share Best Practices and discuss challenges and barriers in a constructive but safe environment. Identify enabling policies and practices that support more effective global deployment.
