The Climate Finance group is one of the four subgroups (Built Environment, Extreme Weather, Climate Finance, Nature-based Solutions) of the broader Climate Change Working Group. These subgroups are open to all members and were created to allow members to operate in more intimate setting with a specialised focused these areas. Operating in a smaller scale allows the groups to foster collaboration on a more technical level and provides the opportunity to network with those of similar remits and interests. Collaborating with other experts in these sectors presents invaluable insights into quickly developing and necessary topics in the new green era of business.
The premise of this group is underpinned by three reports published by BEI members last November (Nature-based Solutions, Extreme Weather Risk and Climate Resilience and Built Environment). These reports were published by each subgroup and showcase the expertise of each organisation within their respective field, demonstrating the projects undertaken and the technology developed to combat issues identified, at the national and global level.
Working Group meeting recordings and slides are only available to working group members. To access Agendas, Minutes and other files, please visit the Working Group’s Teams channel. If you are interested in joining this working group, please contact Joe McLynn or Katie Duffy.
