The Board of Directors

The Articles of Association provide for a Board of Directors consisting of up to 24 Directors elected from the membership. Arrangements ensure that the various interests among the membership are appropriately represented in the management of British Expertise activities.

Roy Leighton, Chairman of the Advisory Council, attends Board meetings to ensure better co-ordination between the two bodies.

The Board devolves some of its business to the Strategy and General Purposes Committee.
