Project Description
Over a period of five months, value planning & risk conducted value engineering studies on this $500m project during front end engineering and design. Studies were run at process flow diagram and piping and instrumentation stages.
The study validated many aspects of the design and identified some $20M Capex and £5M per year OPEX savings.
