Davis Langdon was engaged to provide cost management services for the new home for FC Porto and one of the principal venues for EURO 2004 – the UEFA European Football Championships 2004
Project Description
The stadium has been designed in conjunction with the City’s wider urban plan for the Antas area of the city and provides a dramatic, icon quality, centrepiece for the masterplan.
THE PROJECT
A new 52,000 seat stadium meeting European quality standards for 5* venues and including a full range of facilities for players, spectators and other users as well as complementary commercial and leisure functions.
THE RESULTS
The new stadium has unlocked the redevelopment potential of the neighbouring, existing stadium site.
