Project Description
ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 took place in the Caribbean. The main tournament had 48 matches in eight different sovereign countries. Hospitality in Partnership won the contract to be the official hospitality operator at all these matches and the separate opening ceremony. Commercial hospitality was marketed, sold throughout the world and delivered at every match, in every country. We also managed the sponsors' hospitality at every match and the President's suite at Trelawny, Sabina Park and Beausejour. Over 28,000 guests were entertained throughout the tournament.
This project won the Tourism and Leisure category in the British Expertise International Awards 2008/9. See the attached document for more details.
