Development of Marine Emergency Response Planning
The Nigerian Port Authority invited C.T.S Marine Consultants Ltd to write a scoping and final report on the four harbour and pilotage districts focusing on the boundary delimitation (using known features and GPS positioning) and to develop emergency contingency plans. The field work in each district was conducted by over-fights, boat and on foot.
