Established since about 1780 the Corderoy group is a leading international consultancy providing services to all sectors of the construction and engineering industries throughout the World.
Corderoy operate from ten locations in the United Kingdom, with Corderoy International being founded approximately thirty years ago to offer services on projects outside the United Kingdom, since which the firm has provided consultancy services in most parts of the world including mainland Europe, Russia and the CIS, Africa, Middle East, Far East and the Americas.
Corderoy International provides a total Contract Management and Cost Consultancy Service to construction and engineering projects of all types to ensure that they are quickly, efficiently and cost effectively procured and constructed to budget and to programme. Services cover the entire project cycle from concept planning to completion including the management and resolution of disputes, and the provision of expert reports and evidence in formal proceedings.

INDIA - Contractual and commercial administrative services on a new port development, Bombay.
INDONESIA - Contractual and administrative services on combined cycle power plants, expressways and hotel developments.
IRAQ - The Medical City Baghdad, the Basrah Teaching Hospital and College of Medicine, the Baghdad Heart and Chest Institute and a Neurology Hospital. Post contract administration of major roadworks projects with contractual and financial advice. Commercial administration, including the settlement of contractual disputes on petrochemical complex and associated site and domestic infrastructures and facilities. Complete post contract administration on two international airports including design/cost reviews.
JAPAN - Pre and post contract services from initial feasibility studies to the settlement of final accounts on building, civil, petrochemical and heavy engineering projects, including offshore commercial and administrative responsibilities including the preparation of claims and settlement of disputes.
KAZAKHSTAN - Contract administration and management of oil pipeline rehabilitation.
KUWAIT - Post contract work on the Sabah Psychiatric Hospital and the Ministry of the Interior HQ, and Computer Buildings and Post Contract Administration for the refurbishment of Bayan Palace.

Projects include Embassies, Military Camps, Hospitals, a Russian School, manufacturing facilities, business parks and offices.
SAUDI ARABIA - Post contract cost and contractual assistance on petrochemical complexes and associated civil engineering works. Pre and post contract services on an airport, pipelines, treatment plant, a power station and housing project, including measurement, financial and contractual advice and claims assistance. Working with London solicitors to assist in various arbitration proceedings on behalf of senior Saudi Clients.
SINGAPORE - Contractual and measurement assistance on building, heavy mechanical and civil engineering projects including the MRT system together with contractual advice.
THAILAND - Providing commercial advice and assistance, Dow Muang Tollway project.
