GHANA - Sunyani Regional Hospital - 240 beds. Turnkey contract for design, construction, equipping, commissioning and training.
NIGERIA - National Hospital Abuja - Operational management of this 200 bed referral hospital. Ten year management contract with the Nigerian Government to improve the standing and financial viability of this hospital.
VIETNAM - Commissioning of the first private hospital in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh city). Services provided included equipping consultancy, policy and procedure preparation, marketing, recruitment and training, and finance systems.
GHANA - Turnkey project for an extension to the existing hospital providing diagnostic imaging, accident and emergency, endoscopy, outpatients and 100 new inpatient beds.
BOTSWANA - Princess Marina Hospital - 500 beds commissioning and equipping consultancy for major upgrading programme. Equipping Consultancy.
NIGERIA - Abuja International Diagnostic Centre, Abuja. Establish and manage Centre in new Federal capital.
KENYA - Kenyatta National Hospital - 2000 beds Contract management and consultancy.
