South Korea: New performing arts centre

There is regional government approval to construct a new concert hall in South Korea and it is now intended to build a performing arts centre that meets global standards, so far as is possible within a construction budget of $60 million USD. The Managing Director of the Company leading the project is planning to travel to the UK in June and to visit British Expertise at 1430 on Wednesday 13 June. He will explain the project and would like especially to meet UK companies able to offer:

  • Consultancy in theatre construction including the overall planning of its theatre project and elements as diverse cost calculations and acoustics
  • Stage equipment and stage construction specialists
  • Providers of theatre seats and theatre flooring
  • Manufacturers or distributors of theatre lighting devices
  • Manufacturers or distributors of theatre sound systems

The Managing Director looks forward to delivering a project that will provide the first performing arts centre in Korea assisted by British expertise.
