Iraq update

With US troops withdrawing from Iraq at the end of 2011, the country has entered a new era. Even though the political situation remains challenging, the enormous opportunities in Iraq are starting to become more apparent. The International Oil Companies are now firmly established in the South and oil revenue is steadily increasing, with nearly USD 200bn of projects planned. We welcome Dr Mowaffak al-Rubaie, a close confidante of the Iraqi Prime Minister, who will offer an insight into the politics, economy and business opportunities in this country of vast potential.
