We have recently reviewed our training courses with our trainers at member company GIC Limited, and have decided to move to a new suite of three linked one-day seminars which concentrate on building the technical skills of staff to win and deliver overseas assignments successfully: “Understanding the Logframe”, “Total Proposal” and “Delivering Aid-funded Consultancies”.
The first new seminar is intended to meet a widely recognised need to understand the purpose and application of Logical Frameworks (known as Logframes) for project preparation, implementation and evaluation. This training seminar will be held on Monday 27 September at 0915 at British Expertise.
The Logframe is a fundamental planning and monitoring tool common to all the major funding agencies including DFID and the World Bank, and understanding them is crucial to working effectively with these clients. The training approach will be a highly practical one including a team exercise to produce a Logframe for a real-life donor-funded project.
See the Training Brochure for more details on the content of the seminar.
