We have recently reviewed our training courses with our trainers at member company GIC Limited, and have decided to move to a new suite of three linked one-day seminars which concentrate on building the technical skills of staff to win and deliver overseas assignments successfully: “Unlocking Logframes”, “Total Proposal” and “Delivering Aid-funded Consultancies”.
The last in our new sequence of training seminars builds on the previous two and is on Delivering Aid-funded Consultancies. This training seminar follows logically from Total Proposal, and will be held on Wednesday 29 September, at 0915 at British Expertise.
The seminar concentrates on developing the management and consultancy skills of staff responsible for the delivery of aid-funded assignments. It moves from the initial stages of planning and defining the scope of the job, through maintaining the momentum during implementation, to completing it to time, cost and specification. It will be particularly attractive to technical and promoted staff moving into more proactive front-line consultancy roles.
See the Training Brochure for more details on the content of the seminar
