The Central Asia & Transcaucasus Business Interest Group (CATBIG) is a business forum that meets to provide an opportunity for companies to hear about recent developments (both economic, commercial and political), in the 8 CATBIG countries of: Armenia; Azerbaijan; Georgia; Kazakhstan; Kyrgyzstan; Tajikistan; Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The meeting will start with coffee and registration from 1030-1100, and will be chaired, as usual, by Peter Lindsay. Speakers will include:

• Dr Hartley Booth, Co-Chairman of the Uzbek-British Trade & Industry Council
• Kate Mallinson, Control Risks
• Matthew Anderson, Technical & Vocational Education UK (TVET)
• Alaric Jenkins, Info Stor
• Catherine Hine, Tajikistan Country Director, VSO
There will also be an opportunity for all delegates attending for the first time to introduce their companies and, at the end of the meeting, a chance for open discussion on topics arising. The meeting will finish with a networking lunch from 1300.
